About this space

Adjacent to the ballroom, our large bar and cocktail reception area features a custom-built wooden bar with nautical rope accents, honoring the history of the Cordage Rope factory. This 3,200-square-foot space can accommodate up to 150 guests and serves as an unforgettable venue for various events. It can be rented alone or as part of a larger venue package.

The space boasts rustic charm with soaring ceilings, exposed brick walls, a cozy seating area by the fireplace, and access to an outdoor patio. It can be left open or outfitted with stand-up pub tables to suit your event needs.

Our executive chef can create a menu of hors d'oeuvres for either passed apps or stationary displays. Behind the bar, award-winning 1620 Wines are on tap in oak barrels. We also offer a full selection of spirits, craft beers, and creative cocktails.
