About this space

The whole compound, booked as one private buyout: 140 acres of high desert at 4,200 feet above Pioneertown, next to Joshua Tree.

Outdoors: boulder fields, Joshua trees, private dirt roads and ridgelines with long views toward Palm Springs, plus The Triangle, an elevated deck for ceremonies and sunset gatherings. Indoors: the main house (wood-beamed living room, kitchen, deck, gym), a cottage, Airstreams, two residential recording studios, The Goat bar with booths, piano and shuffleboard, and a wellness building with an endless pool, cold plunge, steam room and sauna.

Suited to film, photo and car commercial shoots, small brand activations and content houses (including around the Coachella and Stagecoach weekends), executive offsites and retreats, and intimate wedding ceremonies (ceremony only, up to 20 guests; no receptions). Overnight accommodation for up to 20.
