Client is NOT ALLOWED to use the following items during the event!
a. "Flammable Materials
Highly flammable decorations (e.g., untreated fabrics, dried flowers, hay)
- Confetti or paper streamers near heat sources
- Balloons filled with flammable gases like hydrogen
b. "Cooking Equipment
Portable stoves, grills, or deep fryers
Hot plates without proper ventilation
6. "Electrical Hazards
- Extension cords that are frayed or not rated for heavy use
- Overleading electrical outlets with too many devices
- Space heaters or other high-heat devices without proper supervision
d. **Smoking**:
- Indoor smoking, including vaping (designated outdoor smoking area in front of the building)
e. **Combustible Liquids**:
- Fuel for lanterns or heaters (e.g., kerosene, gasoline)
. Selling alcohol at the venue is STRICTLY prohibited.
However, if you are planning to serve alcohol to your guests, more than a toast, you can do so by buying a $175 alcohol insurance for the day of the event. Venue remains the right to expel anyone for inappropriate behavior and all guests must act in a Reputable Manner.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
