Outside Food and Beverage:
Due to state law, alcoholic beverages are not allowed. You must obtain prior approval for any food or non-alcoholic beverages brought from outside sources.
Gratuity:
A 19% service charge will be applied to room rental and any audio-visual fees to ensure quality service.
No-Smoking Policy:
The hotel is a smoke-free environment, in compliance with California fire safety regulations. A $150.00 penalty will be charged for smoking in any hotel area.
Security:
The hotel is not responsible for any loss or damage to property. For functions requiring additional security, you must provide your own security personnel, subject to prior approval.
