About this space

The 'Living Room' has a full-length velvety blue couch with matching pillows. In front of it is an oval-shaped glass table with a white glass base that adds a lovely abstract essence. On the wall above the couch are 3 gold-framed fashion designs by New York City’s designer to the stars, Roxie Spino, circa early 1970s. Pink plush loveseat, TV stand with gold handles, flat screen TV with a variety of streaming services installed. All of this lusciousness is lavishly graced by a pink and white area rug topping the wood flooring. Even though this room is seen as a 'living room' All that is needed is your ideas and imagination to make this space work for your vision.

As an entertainment venue, the living room can be transformed into a 'Stage Room'. The 'Living Room' is the perfect place for a photo or video shoot in addition to serving well for social gatherings mixers, bridal parties, small weddings and so on. It is really up you on what you want this space to be.
