About this space

Our spacious 4,000 square foot ground floor studio is perfect for anyone shooting in the NYC metro area, Westchester County, or North Jersey.

The studio features 2 fully customizable home interior sets, a prep kitchen for food styling, a 12ft wireless DMX lighting grid and Hudson River views. We designed our studio around the work we love: a healthy mix of live action commercials, tabletop, and product video.

The studio's been rented by companies such as Dateline NBC for interviews, RCA Records for music videos/VFX, Fujifilm for product photography - as well as a number of smaller companies & friends, all of whom were looking for an incredibly versatile place to use. And that's how we know it'll be amazing for your shoot too.

I would HIGHLY recommend this studio. Not only is it a fantastic space and was perfect for what we needed for our production, the studio owners are awesome- super accommodating, responsive, just great to work with. They made the entire process easy and were incredibly helpful throughout the process. The studio is clean, as pictured, and in a really great area. I would absolutely book again!

FAQ

Yes, wireless video is available if you need to send the picture to a monitor.

Yes, a cinematographer can use their own equipment. The main purpose of the outside-rentals rule is to prevent renters from using other rental houses for items available in-house.

The lighting equipment includes an Aputure 1200 and 300 with lanterns and soft boxes, three 1x2 Gemini panels with soft boxes, and a couple of Godox flexible panels with soft boxes.
