• No smoking inside the house or garage
• Cars should be parked in the garage or on the driveway. Absolutely no street parking permitted.
• No off-road vehicles are allowed on the premises.
• Pets must be kept on a leash when outside.
• Do not attach anything to the walls or ceilings with tape, tacks or anything else as this can cause damage.
• The pool is usually open between approximately mid-May and mid-October depending on the weather. The hot tub is open year-round.
• Outside amplified music must be preapproved by host.
• Fireworks are prohibited on the property.
• Damage done to the space will result in extra charge.
