At Occasion You Desire, clients have the flexibility to hire a caterer of their choice or bring their food and beverages, including alcohol. Free parking is available on the premises, and the venue is popular for promoted and ticketed events, allowing organizers to publicly advertise and sell tickets. Located at 5211 Highway 6, the venue offers dining for a minimum of 50 guests, with a total space of 2946 square feet. A wedding license allows civil marriages or partnerships to be performed by a recognized official or religious body.
The venue can accommodate up to 100 standing guests and is equipped with amenities such as WiFi, a flatscreen TV, a PA system with speakers, air conditioning, and plenty of natural light. Clients can play their music by connecting devices to the in-house speakers, or they can bring their DJ with equipment.
Occasion You Desire is wheelchair accessible, with a step-free guest entrance and disabled-access toilets. There is also an accessible parking spot that is either private or designated for persons with disabilities. If the venue has multiple levels, a lift is available on all floors. Additionally, the venue includes quiet spaces and storage areas for clients.

Host rules
1. Event Timing: All events must begin and end at the agreed-upon time. Overtime fees will apply if the event extends beyond the scheduled hours.
2. Setup and Cleanup: Hosts are responsible for setting up and cleaning up the venue within the rental period. Additional cleanup services can be arranged in advance for an extra fee.
3. Decorations: Only approved decoration methods are allowed (e.g., no nails, tape, or materials that may damage walls or furniture). Please remove all decorations at the end of the event.
4. Alcohol: Alcohol may be served only by licensed bartenders, and all necessary permits must be secured in advance. No underage drinking is allowed.
5. Damage & Security Deposit: A refundable retainer fee is required and will be refunded only if the space is left in its original condition with no damage to property.
6. Capacity Limits: Ensure that the number of guests does not exceed the venue’s capacity, as it can lead to safety violations.
7. Vendors: Vendors are responsible for their setup, cleanup, and compliance with venue policies.
8. Noise Levels: Keep noise levels within legal limits. This includes amplified music and speeches.
9. Prohibited Items: No fireworks, smoke machines, or open flames are allowed without prior approval. Sparklers or candles must be pre-approved.
10. Trash Removal: Hosts must ensure that all trash is removed and placed in designated bins at the end of the event. Any excess trash will incur additional charges.
11. Respect the Space: Please treat the venue with respect. Any intentional damage or negligence will result in penalties for the host.
12. Parking: Use designated parking areas only. Please do not block access points.
13. No Smoking: Smoking is only permitted in designated outdoor areas. Violators may be asked to leave the premises.
14. Children Supervision: Children must be supervised at all times to ensure their safety and to prevent any damage to the property.
