The indoor hall has a versatile setup and can be used for such events as weddings, baby showers, birthday parties, networking events, meetings, workshops, or photo shoots. It is allowed for guests to use their own vendors, and the plan provides for easy circulation between the indoor area and the outdoor terrace.
The loft, which combines historical characteristics and flexible design, is suitable for small weddings, private parties, corporate gatherings, and all sorts of different artsy projects.

Host rules
• No smoking or vaping inside the venue or on the outdoor patio.
• Outside catering and vendors are allowed with prior notice.
• Alcohol is permitted for private events; all service must comply with local laws.
• No selling alcohol unless proper permits are secured by the guest.
• DJs and live music are allowed on the patio at a reasonable volume that respects the surrounding neighborhood.
• Music inside the venue must also remain at a reasonable volume.
• No confetti, glitter, rice, fake snow, or loose flower petals inside the venue.
• No open flames (candles, sparklers, etc.) except LED alternatives.
• No fog machines or haze machines unless approved in advance.
• Event setup and teardown must be completed within the booked time.
• No early access unless added to the reservation.
• All furniture must be lifted, not dragged, and returned to its original placement.
• No nails, screws, or items that damage walls; only removable, non-marking adhesive products may be used.
• Stair access only—guest must ensure vendors can deliver equipment via stairs.
• Children must be supervised at all times, especially on the patio.
• Patio must be used responsibly; no leaning or placing items on railings.
• Maximum occupancy must be followed at all times.
• Security may be required for larger or late-night events (host will notify guest if applicable).
• Guest is responsible for removing all trash and disposing of it in the designated area, unless they purchase the cleanup add-on.
• Do not leave any trash or items in hallways, stairwells, or outside the building.
• Respect the space and the neighborhood—guests must exit quietly after events.
