The control room is compact and acoustically treated, finished with red fabric wall panels over a hardwood floor; adjustable artificial lighting and a glazed door open into a small isolation booth.

Room features: Built-in studio monitors and a central mixing console support monitoring and tracking work. An outboard rack provides routing and processing; the room also includes air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and a PA speaker system for playback.

Best for: Vocal tracking, overdub sessions, small-scale mixing and podcast recording.
