Our conference room at The Div Project in South Miami is the ideal space to achieve just that.
We know that a good co-working space is so much more than just a place to work. This is why we have designed our conference room (as well as all our other spaces) with the goal in mind to maximise productivity and inspiration and the desire to bring like-minded individuals together to foster collaborations between our tenants.

You shall conduct yourself at all times in a professional and business-like manner while You are in the Office or otherwise on the Premises, in strict accordance with all applicable laws, and shall be neither disruptive nor present a danger to any other person.
You shall not conduct any illegal activities on or about the Premises.
You may not smoke, consume illegal drugs or vape inside of the Premises.
Notwithstanding anything herein to the contrary, You will use the Office only for non-medical, professional purposes, and for no other use, and You may not make any alterations to the Office or the Premises without the prior written consent of DIV.
You will not bring any firearms on to the Premises or in the Office or permit any of Your employees, agents, guests, or invitees to do so.
DIV shall have the right to enter the Office with or without notice in connection with its provision of the Services (as hereinafter defined), for safety or emergency reasons, and for any other reason.
