About this space

Host a private celebration, corporate gathering or approved production at Glow Villa, a 3,199 sq. ft. lakefront Miami retreat designed to offer multiple distinctive settings in one private venue.

The resort-style outdoor area features a heated glow pool and spa, tropical landscaping, a lakefront deck, covered patio, lounge areas and an outdoor BBQ kitchen. Inside, guests can use bold themed interiors, flexible living and dining areas, a game room and a private 150-inch 4K cinema with tiered reclining seats. Wi-Fi, air conditioning, natural light, projection, flatscreen TV and speakers are included.

Glow Villa is ideal for birthdays, micro weddings and receptions, bridal and baby showers, engagement and graduation celebrations, private dinners, corporate retreats, product launches, branded gatherings, photo shoots and video productions.

Capacity is limited to 30 attendees. Every booking is reviewed individually. Outside catering is welcome and kitchen facilities are available. Alcohol requires prior written approval and responsible service. Outdoor activity and amplified sound must end by 10:00 PM. Open-invite and ticketed events are not permitted. Setup and breakdown time must be included in the reservation.

• Maximum capacity: 30 attendees. Final guest count must be approved before the event.
• Reserved time includes vendor access, setup, event time, breakdown and load-out.
• Outdoor activity and amplified sound must end by 10:00 PM. Please respect the residential neighborhood at all times.
• No open-invite, promoted or ticketed events. No unauthorized parties or overnight stays.
• No smoking or vaping inside the property.
• Alcohol requires prior written approval. No sale of alcohol. A licensed and insured bartender may be required depending on the event.
• Outside catering is permitted. Cooking equipment, food trucks and vendors require prior approval.
• Children must be supervised by an adult at all times, especially around the pool, spa and lakefront areas. No lifeguard is provided.
• No glassware in the pool or spa area. No diving, confetti, glitter, fireworks, open flames or water balloons.
• Decorations must be freestanding. No nails, screws, tape or adhesives on walls, ceilings, furniture or themed finishes.
• Furniture may be moved only with prior approval and must be returned to its original position.
• Parking is limited to approved vehicles in designated areas. No blocking neighbors, sidewalks or streets.
• Animals, drones, haze, stunts, weapons and commercial filming equipment require prior written approval.
• A certificate of insurance may be required based on event type and vendors.
• The booking party is responsible for guests, vendors, overtime, extraordinary cleaning and damage.
