Host rules
1. No smoking, vaping, or open flames inside the studio or adjacent hallways.
2. Food & drinks allowed (no red wine on White Set / white backdrops to prevent staining).
3. Damage to equipment, lighting fixtures, cycloramas, or backdrops will be charged at replacement cost.
4. Music/audio levels respectful — we are in a multi-tenant building; sound checks before sessions are encouraged.
5. Children under 16 must be supervised by a parent or guardian at all times.
6. Pets allowed only with prior written arrangement.
7. Late departures: $50/hr beyond your booked slot.
8. Photography / videography permitted — you retain full ownership of your content.
9. Bring your own SD cards / USB-C drives, or add Cloud Upload (+$50) for delivery to Google Drive / Dropbox.
10. Studio may be inspected for damage at end of every session; deposit refunded within 48h.
11. No commercial activity outside booked services without prior approval.
12. Cleanliness: please leave the space as you found it. Trash should be placed in designated bins.
