• No Smoking: This is a 100% non-smoking hotel. Smoking is not permitted anywhere inside the building.
• No Excessive Noise: Guests must keep noise to a minimum, especially in hallways and common areas. No loud music, parties, or disruptive noise is permitted.
• No Pets: Pets are not permitted in the hotel.
• Damage: Any damage to the space, furniture, equipment, or hotel property may result in an additional charge.
• Outside Catering: Outside catering is not permitted unless approved in advance by the hotel.
• Cleaning: Basic cleaning is included with the rental. Excessive mess, spills, or cleaning beyond normal use will incur a $75.00 cleaning fee, plus applicable taxes.
• Guest Responsibility: Guests are expected to leave the space in good condition and follow all hotel policies during their rental.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
