Maximum capacity of 10 guests at all times. Please notify us in advance if you plan to exceed the maximum of 10 guests.
Please inform us in advance if you wish to book during holidays.
All equipment (TV, whiteboard, etc.) must be handled with care.
Guests are responsible for any damages caused during their booking.
Please vacate promptly at the end of your reserved time.
Please be respectful of neighboring spaces at all times. Noise must be kept at a reasonable level.
ADT Security — Video recording only. All footage is monitored by ADT for our security.
Parking for up to nine cars in the driveway is available upon request prior to booking, with additional ample street parking also available.
