About this space
Located in the high desert above Palmdale. There are wide open spaces with views of the city lights and hilly silhouettes at night. Shoots at dusk are often treated to beautiful sunsets with pink and red skies.
Farm animals on site and the possibility of using our stockdogs and sheep if the situation calls for it.
We have parking for about 10-15 cars depending on the size of vehicles. The main room and kitchen of the house are available for makeup and wardrobe if needed.

We are on a septic system so film or photo crews 8 hours or longer with over 10 people require a port-a-potty.
Pets on property are restricted due to livestock on site. For shoots including animals, we can advise per situation. Animal and human safety will be a priority.
Please leave no trash behind. Cigarette butts should be picked up and disposed of cautiously as we are in a high fire zone.
Please verify property boundaries with us when you arrive for parking and film/photo shoot purposes.
