About Malibu Canyon Ranch
Gorgeous secluded 30-acre natural ranch location rental available in Malibu Canyon for commercial, film, and photographic production. Only 10 minutes from downtown Malibu and Calabasas/US-101.
Exteriors +Production House available for PHOTO/FILM at an hourly rate starting at $225/hr for small groups (min 4 hours) - final cost group size/footprint dependent. White-walled studio additional $300/day fee with your booking. Interior access to the main ranch house is negotiable for an additional hourly rate (limited availability).
Wedding/Large events limited availability - 100 guests, parking maximum of 50 cars. Transport is required for ferrying guests from the parking area.
$12,000 site fee includes full property use (except use upstairs of main home) until 10 PM.
The main house has a large bar for cocktail service. Secondary production house with makeup/wardrobe set-up, lounge - perfect for getting ready.
Family may remain onsite as it is difficult for them to relocate (they will remain upstairs).
