MUSIC VIDEOS/FILM PRODUCTION RULES
• Our rules are fairly simple
• Regular capacity for music videos is 30 people. We could host up to 100 people but must ask before and discuss a rate for the extra people.
• Set up and Tear down for events must be included in your booking, if anybody or equipment is still inside anytime after the booking will result in an additional charge not limited to one hour.
• If you book the space and do not show up there is no refund or reschedule available for this. You will have to rebook or book elsewhere.
• No weapons or drugs, damages to the space will result in an additional fee. No extremely loud music.
• No pets (dogs,cats,etc)
• No loitering or “chilling” in the parking lot. No exceptions, violators will be asked to leave.
• No Gang affiliation banners are allowed to be hung anywhere on the premises.
