About this space
Our studio is a well-illuminated, 355 sq. ft. studio fully equipped for professional photography and videography. This studio provides premium lighting, MagMod softboxes, and multiple seamless backdrops, not to mention a clean, white-wall setting ideal for portraits and content creation.
There is a full-length mirror, vanity, stools, chairs, a director's chair, and a Bluetooth speaker in the space. White backdrop is included in the standard booking. Additional colors available at small fee. Studio is just down the street from restaurants and retail stores. Free parking in front. Set up and breakdown time counts toward your booking time.

Host rules
General Rules:
- No smoking in the building.
- No alcohol after 8 pm.
- Leave equipment and studio as you found it.
- Do not take equipment that you did not bring.
- Clean up as much as possible and dispose of trash in bins.
- Production insurance is not required.
- No moving furniture or decorations.
- No smoke machines.
- No nudity.
- Entry is only allowed during the reserved time. Early arrival or overtime without approval will incur additional fees.
Booking Policy:
- Full payment is required to secure a booking.
Cancellations/Reschedules:
- Bookings must be canceled at least 48 hours in advance for a full refund. Late cancellations are non-refundable. Reschedules are allowed with reasonable notice.
Liability:
- We are not responsible for injuries, lost/stolen items, or damage to client property during the rental.
Setup/Cleanup:
- Extra time beyond the booking will be charged. Extensions must be approved before the session ends.
No Show Policy:
- If you do not arrive within 30 minutes of your start time and do not notify us, your session will be canceled with no refund.
Damage & Cleaning:
- Damages or missing items will be charged to the client.
- Backdrops are paper—food, cake, and similar items require prior approval.

Based in Alexandria, VA, our studio is located in Pinecrest Office Park, making it very accessible from all surrounding metropolitan areas. This 355 sq. ft. studio is purposefully designed for both photographers and videographers with premium lighting options, a number of seamless backdrops, and essential equipment needed for professional shoots. The strobes, continuous lighting, MagMod softboxes, and tripods ensure variance for different creative projects.
Conveniently located just a short walk from Starbucks, Five Guys, and other amenities, this space makes sessions so easy and seamless to plan.
