About this space
223 Main is a beautiful rental venue located in the Downtown Lemont Historic District. Built in the early 1900s, it's since been renovated to provide a bright open-concept space. The event area at 223 Main has a modern and welcoming atmosphere. The venue is bright with natural light coming through large windows.
We specialize in creating intimate events, showers, weddings and more. We offer flexible options, making us the perfect choice for those seeking a more affordable alternative to larger venues. Our indoor and outdoor areas provide ample space for a variety of events, and we offer a range of table sizes, stylish wood cross back chairs, and more to make your event unforgettable.
We allow outside catering, decorations and are a BYOB venue. Or you can book any services you would like us to provide, including liquor, catering, decor, planning, etc. We work with many local restaurants and food trucks and can send over recommendations.
All of our furniture is movable, making the space completely customizable. We include filtered water, ice, coffee, and unlimited access to the Pepsi Wunderbar which features a variety of soft drinks and juices, including Pepsi, Diet Pepsi, Dr. Pepper, Sierra Mist, Ice Tea, Lemonade, Cranberry Juice, Orange Juice, Tonic, Seltzer, and Ginger Ale.
Our outdoor space is a versatile area that can be enjoyed by guests, weather permitting. With dark wooden picnic benches and high tops spread throughout, it's perfect for any event. If you're having an outdoor wedding, we can set up chairs and an arch to give it a more traditional touch. In addition, this bonus space can also accommodate bounce houses for the kids to enjoy.
Prices
• Monday-Thursday - $175/hr with a 4 hour minimum or $1,500 for up to 12 hours.
• Friday & Sunday - $250/hr with a 6 hour minimum to ensure time for loading in, setting up, the event, and loading back out. A full-day block is up to 12 hours. Time blocks end at midnight, but can be extended past midnight to 2 am for an additional $300/hr.
• Saturday - There are three options for Saturdays.
Morning/afternoon half-day block can start as early as you would like, but your time ends by 3 pm - so everything must be packed up and out of the space by 3 pm. Additional hours are $300/hr.
Evening half-day block is can start as early as 4:30 pm and end as late as Midnight. Time can be extended past midnight to 2 am for an additional $300/hr.

WEDDING & HOLIDAY RATES: Bartender and Server required for all weddings, vow renewals & holiday events. We do require most weddings to have a 10 hour block to ensure ample time for your set up, event and take down.
