Our modular and customizable 3,000 sq ft performance space boasts a 24’x16’ stage with state-of-the-art lighting and sound.
Flexible floor plans allow standing GA capacity of up to 350 along with all-inclusive rental packages, add-ons and amenities – such as an operational box office – to complete your event.
The Main Space comes with our chic Lobby Bar. It's a perfect gathering space to host a reception, announcement, or party for up to 50 standing guests. It provides an intimate, sexy atmosphere complete with bar service and photo activations. This area includes our box office and unique general neutral bathroom stales. Check in stations are welcome in this area, along with small bites and informational tables.
A Main Space rental includes our main room with stage, backstage/dressing room area, and lobby with bar.

About The Space
The Space is a leading-edge events and arts complex in the heart of the entertainment capital of the world – Las Vegas.
Available for short-term rentals, event bookings and live performances, the complex features: raw theater/event space with state-of-the-art staging, AV, a customizable floor plan and connected box-office operations; a broadcast-quality and stylishly decorated recording studio; and a chic, eclectic lobby and gathering space complete with a full bar.
The Space opened in 2017 and has since hosted everything from fashion shows to plays and musicals, alongside weddings, birthdays and world-class concert performances by Tony, Grammy and Country Music Award winners.
