About this space

Our 3,000 sq. ft. venue is the perfect space for your next event, featuring the Harlequin main event room, the Rose room, a welcoming lobby, two restrooms, installed sound systems, and party lighting in both rooms. With a capacity of 125 guests, our venue can be booked via customizable packages or a la carte. The Basic Package ($2,500) includes six hours of access to the full event center, round and rectangle tables with linens, garden chairs with bows, and setup/teardown services—just walk in, party, and go! The Diamond Package ($3,500) offers eight hours and adds table settings, centerpieces, bar setup, catering setup with chafing dishes, and full cleanup. Wedding packages include personalized decor, sweetheart tables, and event staff, while meeting packages provide amenities like TV screens and wireless mics. For a la carte bookings, rates start at $250/hr (weekdays) and $300/hr (weekends) with a five-hour minimum. Located at 7211 W. Sahara Ave, Las Vegas, NV, we allow outside food and alcohol and offer showings by appointment.

50th Birthday Party · 150 guests
Kay Moore went over everything via text. I was out of town at the moment. Once I've seen the venue, I was amazed. I had access to the entire site( three rooms). Two well maintained bathrooms and the speakers; AWESOME! If you have a Playlist, then you're set. Awesome value for the money and everyone in attendance had no complaints. I was able to have a DJ, 360° Photo Booth and a photographer( we used an area that was perfectly set up for pictures. Thank you Kay Moore for the experience. Much success with your venue in days and years to come!
