General Rules
1. Booking & Access
All setup and teardown time must be included in the rental hours. Please adhere to your scheduled time to avoid additional charges. No early access will be granted unless approved in advance.
2. Capacity
Please respect the venue’s capacity limits as agreed upon in your booking.
3. Cleanliness
Clean up all trash and dispose of it in the designated bins provided. If decorations are used, ensure they are removed completely by the end of the rental period. No tape, nails, or adhesives on walls, floors, or ceilings without prior approval.
4. Food & Drink
Outside food and beverages are allowed with prior approval. Alcohol is permitted only with a licensed bartender and prior authorization. Please avoid any food or drinks on the hardwood court area unless protective coverings are applied.
5. Technology Use
Only designated individuals are permitted to connect or adjust the facility’s TVs and AV equipment. Let us know if you need assistance with AV setup.
6. Furniture & Equipment
Tables, chairs, or any additional equipment may be brought in or rearranged but must be returned to their original setup. Any damage to equipment, including TVs, hardwood floors, or other facility assets, will result in additional charges.
7. Noise Levels
While music and entertainment are encouraged, please be considerate of volume levels, especially for events held during business hours. The management reserves the right to request volume adjustments.
8. Restricted Activities
Smoking, vaping, and open flames are strictly prohibited indoors. Confetti, glitter, and other hard-to-clean materials are not allowed.
9. Children & Minors
Children under 18 must be supervised by an adult at all times.
10. Liability
Renters are responsible for any damages to the facility, equipment, or other assets during the rental period.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
