An elegant 500 sq ft private room at Lexie's Bistro, perfect for birthday parties, corporate meetings, and small gatherings. The room is equipped with cozy lighting, modern furniture, and seating arrangements that can be changed according to the number of guests (up to 40), a sound system, a bar, and food services from our restaurant.

Outside catering is allowed with prior approval.
Alcohol permitted for guests 21+; no alcohol service after 10 PM.
Music and amplified sound must remain at a respectful volume; no live bands without prior notice.
Decorations are welcome but must be removed after the event; no nails, tape, glitter or confetti.
All rentals include setup and teardown time within the booked hours.
Furniture can be rearranged but must be returned to original placement after use.
No open flames or smoke machines.
Guests must respect the shared property and neighboring businesses.
