About this space
The pool is the heart of the venue, complete with a large rock waterslide that's just as popular with adults as it is with kids. Around the pool, you'll find three covered gazebos with ceiling fans, plenty of lounge seating, a 10-foot granite serving bar, Bluetooth sound system, complimentary Wi-Fi, a mini refrigerator, and an outdoor restroom with a shower. As the sun goes down, evening lighting keeps the party going.
You can also add a few extras to make the day your own, including a heated hot tub, charcoal grill, slushy and margarita machine, tiki torches, a portable outdoor air conditioner, or a birthday package with pool decorations, tables, chairs, and a neon birthday sign.
Best of all, the venue is booked by one group at a time, so you'll have the whole space to yourselves. With room for up to 50 guests, it's a great place to spend the day celebrating, swimming, eating, and making the most of time together.

Host rules
• Maximum capacity is 50 guests.
• Minimum booking is 2 hours.
• No parties open to the public or advertised on social media.
• Guests must respect our neighbors and keep noise at a reasonable level.
• No glass containers in or around the pool.
• Alcohol is permitted for guests 21+ only. Illegal drugs are strictly prohibited.
• Smoking and vaping are allowed only in designated outdoor areas.
• Children must be supervised by a responsible adult at all times.
• Please leave the venue in the same condition it was provided. Damage beyond normal use may result in additional charges.
• Outside food and non-alcoholic beverages are welcome.
• Please notify us in advance if you are bringing vendors, decorations, or rental equipment.
