• Booking & Payment: A deposit is required to secure your date. Remaining balance must be paid by the agreed deadline. Additional services may result in extra charges.
• Event Time: Events must begin and end within the reserved hours. Setup and cleanup must also follow the agreed schedule. Overtime may be charged.
• Capacity: Maximum capacity is 250 guests. The approved guest count must not be exceeded.
• Catering: Outside food or catering requires prior approval. All caterers must follow venue safety and cleanliness requirements.
• Decorations: No nails, screws, staples, permanent adhesives, or anything that may damage walls, floors, furniture, or fixtures. Confetti, glitter, candles, smoke machines, or special effects require prior approval
• Smoking & Alcohol: Smoking and vaping are prohibited indoors. Alcohol is permitted only with prior approval and must comply with applicable laws.
• Children: Children must be supervised by an adult at all times.
• Conduct: Fighting, illegal activity, excessive intoxication, threatening behavior, or property damage will not be tolerated. Management may remove disruptive guests or stop an event for serious violations.
• Damages & Cleaning: The booking party is responsible for damage caused by guests or vendors. Excessive cleaning, damage, or missing property may result in additional charges.
• Vendors: DJs, decorators, photographers, caterers, and other vendors must follow venue policies and approved setup/breakdown times.
Personal Property: Westridge Banquet is not responsible for lost, stolen, or damaged personal belongings.
• Safety: Emergency exits and walkways must remain clear at all times.
By booking Westridge Banquet, the client agrees to follow these policies and is responsible for ensuring that all guests and vendors comply.
