Island Grill’s Beach Venue provides an adaptable beachfront space that enables all types of events to be successfully conducted. The private beachfront venue in Islamorada sits on the waterfront, while visitors can experience complete ocean views through the venue's design, which features oceanfront paths and palm trees.
The Beach Venue provides an ideal setting that enables weddings, corporate functions, milestone parties, welcome events, and nonprofit fundraisers. Guests can experience outdoor dining and entertainment, and social interactions within a space that embodies the natural beauty, open space, and unique character ofthe Florida Keys.
The venue features an exceptional element, which consists of our distinctive tree table, combining a wooden table with a mature tree to create a seating area that accommodates 30 guests. The unique focal point provides a versatile space which can be used for head tables, VIP seating, and family-style dining and branded experiences while delivering an outstanding design feature which distinguishes the venue.
The Beach Venue can host events with up to 250 visitors because it contains a complete service bar, private restrooms, a performance space which supports live music and DJ shows, public speaking and business presentations, and a sound system which includes microphones and speakers. The space includes a screen and projector system, which enables effective presentation of speeches and videos, awards, and corporate content.
The Beach Venue offers an ADA accessible area that allows pets and provides uninterrupted movement through its entire space. The property provides 260 feet of dockage so you can reach the venue by boat while creating a genuine Florida Keys atmosphere.

• Deck Venue: $6,000 minimum

EVENT DURATION & TIME LIMITS
Events are limited to three (4) hours, not extending beyond regular restaurant closing times. Additional time may be added at a rate of $20 per guest.
GUEST COUNT, MENU SELECTIONS & GUARANTEES
Final menu selection of all food and beverage items must be confirmed no later than 30 days prior to the event date, along with a preliminary guest count guarantee, preliminary diagram, and seating chart. Menu changes may not be made after this date. The final guest count guarantee must be received no later than 12 noon, ten (10) business days prior to the event date. Additional guests added after the final guarantee date are subject to an additional 25% charge per person. On the day of the event, the master account will be billed for the final guarantee or the actual number of guests served, whichever is greater.
• All food & beverage (except wedding cake) must be provided by Island Grill. No outside food or beverages permitted.
• Leftover food and drink may not leave the premises.
• Alcohol service complies with all applicable laws. Staff may request photo ID from any person of questionable age and refuse service if the person is either under 21 years of age or is unable to produce a valid photo ID
• Island Grill may refuse service to anyone appearing intoxicated.

Bar Package Requirement
All events are required to select a Bar Package in order to have bartender service. No cash bars are permitted. Events without a selected Bar Package will not be provided with a bartender or bar service.
