This venue holds up to 120 people comfortably while still maintaining its dance floor. It’s equipped with a bar and prep kitchen. The outdoor courtyard gives your guests some extra space to hang out.

6 hours - standard event time
Hours:
The venue opens at 12pm for set-up access
Earlier access hours - $200/hour
Extra event hours - $500/hour
Vendors:
You have freedom to bring your own vendors however we have a list of preferred vendors - contact our Venue Manager for more information
There is a $500 fee for brining outside catering
Alcohol:
- A bartender is required if bringing in alcohol - $200 for 8 hours, which includes set up, event time, and clean up.
- If you bring in Alcohol, 2 police officers are required for 5 hours - $450
Deposit:
- $500 security deposit is needed to secure your date
