Host rules
No smoking is allowed in the building.
Damage to the space will result in an extra charge.
On-site security guards are required for all events after 6 pm.
Outside vendors are allowed.
Our studio does not include a full kitchen, our kitchenette area includes a sink and refrigerator, with plenty of room for preparing your food!
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
