Maximum occupancy is 100 guests. No overnight stays. All setup, event activity, and cleanup must remain within the reserved time; events may operate only between 6:00 a.m. and midnight. No smoking or vaping inside the building. No illegal drugs, weapons, fireworks, or open flames. Alcohol is not permitted unless approved in writing in advance and handled in full compliance with applicable Virginia laws and any required permits. Children must be supervised by an adult. Decorations may not damage walls, floors, ceilings, furnishings, or landscaping; no permanent fasteners or loose glitter/confetti. Use designated parking areas and keep access lanes clear. The kitchen, event areas, restrooms, equipment, tables, and chairs must be left in good condition. Guests are responsible for damage or excessive cleanup. Music and amplified sound must end by midnight. All outside vendors must be disclosed and approved before the event.
