The venue is an open, high‑ceilinged production space featuring exposed roof structure, acoustic wall treatments and a polished concrete floor punctuated by large area rugs. Skylights deliver natural daylight while overhead decorative lighting provides ambient illumination for controlled shoots.

Room features: On‑site engineers and film crew are available for hire to run multitrack capture and manage on‑set technical workflows. A house PA and speaker setup supports monitoring and playback, and the venue supplies Wi‑Fi, air conditioning and storage space.
