About this space
Located in Farmers Branch near the Addison border, this multi-purpose event and meeting space is suitable for baby showers, workshops, training sessions, networking events, yoga and fitness classes, vendor fairs, church gatherings, seminars, meetings, and other small private events.
The space includes 40 chairs, seven 6 ft rectangular tables, and a sink, allowing for a variety of seated and activity-based setups. It is best suited to organised private gatherings, classes, and business or community events rather than large public parties.

• 40 guests with no chair or tables, standing only

• Smoking is strictly prohibited anywhere inside the building.
• Guests are responsible for setup and cleanup.
• No Alcohol Monday thru Thursday
• No Alcohol Friday before 6pm
• Outside food is allowed.
• Pets are not allowed.
• The space must be vacated and all items brought into the space must be removed by the end time of your booking reservation. You will be charged $1 per minute over your time.
CLEANING / DAMAGES
Cleaning fee is additional fee, although guests are expected to leave the space in the same condition as they found it in. Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
• No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls.
• Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed.
• Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file.
• No additional tables or chairs can be brought in. Unless written approval directly by host
• No glitter or confetti
• All ages are allowed in the space
• Security cameras monitor the waiting area, creative space room and storage room.
• Recording devices in bathrooms, dressing rooms or treatment rooms are prohibited.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
