About this space

The Arapaho Room is a Function Room in Table Mountain Inn, a compact hotel banquet space characterised by a flexible banquet layout and a full-length mirrored wall.

Design: The room has neutral, low-ceiling proportions with carpeted flooring and cream-coloured walls trimmed in white. Wall-mounted sconces and recessed lighting produce even indoor illumination while upholstered banquet chairs and round tables establish a straightforward dining arrangement.

Features: A built-in PA system and speaker rig supports speeches and background music. On-site Wi-Fi and air conditioning are available. The room can be arranged for seated dining or a standing reception, and hosts may play their own music or bring a DJ subject to a noise restriction.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a seated dinner or a standing reception in a relaxed, social setting.

What sets it apart: A level, step-free guest entrance and accessible toilets provide full wheelchair access to the room.

What guests say: The Arapaho Room has communicative, helpful event staff and a practical layout that accommodated pre-event hospitality for wedding parties.
