About this space
The studio can accommodate up to 20 guests for audio recording, rehearsals and music lessons, as well as filming.
The space is equipped with instruments, microphones, microphone preamps, a recording console, recorders, headphones & cue system, guitar amps and cabinets, guitar pedals, FX and toys, direct boxes, equalizers and effects processors, a compressor, limiters & gates, and more.
Prices
Room Only Rate: $1000 per day, includes an assistant only, engineer not included (10-hour block).
Rates with Erik Engineering:
Room rate + $750 ($1750 for a 10-hour block)
Hourly Rate includes Room and Engineer:
Hourly Rate with Erik engineering: $200 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
Hourly Rate with Elijah engineering: $150 per hour with a 2-hour minimum.
If you are using the piano and want it tuned before the session, the tuning cost is $300.
If you are bringing in a video crew for the session, there is an additional $250.00 surcharge.
Flat Rate Mix: $750 per song
Mastering: $100 per song
