This beautiful villa sits on a set of natural springs that have been dredged into small lakes that house all sorts of wildlife most notably ducks and turtles.
It has three balconies that overlook the lake and the magnificent backyard, including a stunning heated pool, spa, and fire pit.
The backyard itself has a playground and the house has many seating areas that have the feel of completely separate spaces and experiences.

No smoking in the home.
No parties of any kind.
No parking in front of neighbors' homes allowed, especially their mailboxes.
The lakes are private property and the area around them cannot be entered.
Please pay close attention to the noise ordinance of 10 pm on weeknights and 12 am on weekend nights.
No pets.
Furniture and decorations may be moved but they must be put back in the manner in which they were found.

There are multiple locations both within the home and outside of the home that can function as separate environments for meetings, shoots, or staging.
All areas of the home and backyard are accessible to guests. The lake grounds are private, owned by multiple owners, and not accessible to guests.
