• No smoking or vaping inside the building.
• Outside catering and food are welcome.
• No alcohol sales are permitted on the premises unless approved in writing by management.
• Rental availability is flexible and may be available 24/7 depending on scheduling and approval.
• The venue can accommodate events ranging from 2 guests up to 200 guests.
• Renters are responsible for leaving the space in the same condition it was received.
• All decorations must be approved in advance. No nails, screws, staples, glitter, confetti, or open flames are permitted unless approved by management.
• Event setup and breakdown time must be included within the rental period.
• Excessive noise outside the building must be avoided out of respect for neighboring businesses and residents.
• Furniture and equipment may not be removed from the building without prior approval.
• Any damages to the venue, furniture, or equipment during the rental period will be the responsibility of the renter.
• The Nack Theater reserves the right to end any event that violates venue policies or creates unsafe conditions.
• AV equipment and technical assistance are available upon request and may require additional fees.
