Modern Amenities: Equipped with modern amenities, including basic audiovisual equipment, Wi-Fi, and a wet bar, our space is ready to support your event's requirements.

Morning (8 AM - 1 PM)
Afternoon (1:30 PM - 6:30 PM)
Evening (7 PM - 12 AM)
RENTAL FEE:
$500 for 5-hour minimum reservation
Additional time is $120/hour

To ensure a smooth and enjoyable experience for everyone, please take a moment to familiarize yourself with our house rules:
Respectful Conduct:
Please treat the venue and its staff with respect.
All attendees are expected to behave in a courteous and considerate manner.
Outside Catering:
Outside catering is allowed; however, please coordinate with our staff in advance to ensure a seamless setup and compliance with any regulations.
Clean-u and removal of catering equipment are the responsibility of the event organizer.
Alcohol Policy:
If serving alcoholic beverages, please adhere to all local laws and regulations.
Events with alcohol must hire licensed bartenders through our approved list.
Noise Levels:
Be mindful of noise levels, especially during late hours, to respect neighboring businesses and residents.
Please keep music and amplified sound at a reasonable volume.
Decorations:
Feel free to decorate the space to suit your event.
Ensure that all decorations are temporary and do not cause damage to the venue.
No open flames, smoke machines, or anything that may pose a fire hazard.
Security Deposit:
A security deposit may be required and will be refunded after the event, provided there is no damage to the venue.
Cleaning:
Please leave the venue in the same condition as you found it.
Additional cleaning charges may apply if the space is not returned to its original state.
Capacity Limits:
Adhere to the specified capacity limits to ensure the safety and comfort of all attendees.
Parking:
Ensure that guests park in designated areas to avoid any inconvenience to neighbors or other businesses.
Smoking:
Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue. Designate a smoking area outside, away from entrances.
Emergency Procedures:
Familiarize yourself with emergency exits and procedures in case of any unexpected situations.
Event Duration:
Please adhere to the agreed-upon event start and end times to avoid any inconvenience to other bookings.
