Space features
Olio is a converted 110-year-old theatre operating as an industrial loft event venue; its defining quality is a raw, adaptable blank canvas that supports bespoke production and design.
Design: The interior shows exposed concrete walls, high open ceilings with visible ductwork, oversized windows and wide plank wood floors under industrial pendant lighting.
Features: The venue provides air conditioning, Wi‑Fi and accessible toilets, and permits own music and outside DJs. The venue maintains a client portal and preferred‑vendor list, offers optional in‑house add-ons such as drapes, string lighting and uplighting, and supplies onsite staff support for setup and coordination.
Ideal for: Planners, designers and creative teams seeking a flexible, social space that supports both seated dinners and standing receptions.
What guests say: The space provides consistently photogenic backdrops that adapt well to varied lighting and décor.
Details of the space rules will be included in the contract.
Damage done to the studio or equipment will result in extra charge.
