Welcome to Sushi by Bou, located in the vibrant Royal Palm Place in Boca Raton. Our intimate counter-style omakase experience offers two incredible options: the 12-course Signature Omakase for $65 and the 17-course Bou-gie Omakase for $125.

We are open Tuesday to Thursday from 5:00 PM to 11:15 PM, with seatings available at 1¼ hour intervals. Our last reservation begins at 10:00 PM. On Fridays and Saturdays, we extend our hours from 5:00 PM to 12:30 AM, with the last seating starting at 11:15 PM. For Sundays, we’re open from 5:00 PM to 10:00 PM, and the final seating starts at 8:45 PM. Please note that we are closed on Mondays.

Our restaurant seats 12 guests at the counter, creating a close and immersive dining experience where you can watch our chefs prepare each course. Whether you’re here to indulge in a special evening or simply looking for an unforgettable meal, we are dedicated to delivering a memorable culinary journey.

For accessibility, we offer wheelchair-accessible parking, restrooms, and entrances. Please note, however, that we are not designed for large groups or children. We focus on delivering a personal, adults-only dining experience.

We serve dinner and desserts, offering a selection of small plates, wines, cocktails, and more. While we don't provide live music or sports viewing, we ensure a relaxed, serene atmosphere for all diners.
