The Elbow Room is our new private event space upstairs — built for birthdays, showers, holiday parties, team get-togethers, and anything else worth gathering for. Capacity & Timing
• Maximum 50 guests. Larger groups (up to 70, standing) by approval only.
• Bookings include setup and cleanup time. Please arrive and depart within your reserved window.

Food & Drink
• All food must be ordered through Raffy’s on 36th. No outside food or catering. [Exception: celebration cakes/desserts are welcome.]
• No outside alcohol. All beverages are served by our licensed bar staff.
• Guests must be 21+ to be served, and valid ID is required. Staff may refuse service at their discretion.
• Food and beverage minimum may apply depending on date and time.

Respect the Space
• Please treat the vintage furniture with care. No standing on furniture, and please keep drinks off the pool table felt.
• No confetti, glitter, rice, or loose balloons. No open flames other than birthday candles.
• Decorations are welcome but cannot be taped, nailed, or tacked to walls. Please ask before bringing in large décor.
• Guests are responsible for any damage beyond normal wear.

General
• No smoking or vaping anywhere inside.
• Guests remain in the Elbow Room and designated areas of the restaurant.
• Final headcount is due 7 before the event.
• Outside DJs/bands require prior approval.
