The venue can accommodate events of up to 50 guests, with on-site parking for up to 8 cars and additional parking available by arrangement. Its private setting and flexible layout provide plenty of space for entertaining, relaxing, and hosting memorable gatherings while remaining conveniently located near COTA, Austin-Bergstrom International Airport, Tesla, and downtown Austin.

Host rules
All events must follow the approved schedule and property rules. Guest count and all vendors must be approved in advance. No confetti, glitter, fireworks, or other items that may cause excessive mess. No nails, screws, tape, or adhesives may be used on walls or ceilings.
Guests may only use approved event areas and may not enter restricted rooms or areas. Outdoor tents, structures, equipment, or installations must be approved in advance. Any lawn, patio, flooring, or other surface used for event setups must be protected and returned to its original condition.
Music must remain at a moderate level, and quiet hours are from 9:00 PM to 9:00 AM. Guests must comply with local noise and community regulations.
Parking rules must be followed. No street overflow parking, blocking driveways, or parking on neighboring properties without approval. Event guests must use the designated side gate for access.
Guests are responsible for any damage caused by themselves, attendees, or vendors. Unauthorized guests may result in additional charges or termination of the event.
