Features: The venue provides site-wide Wi‑Fi and air conditioning for guest comfort. The venue permits its own music and outside DJs. The venue includes step-free guest access and accessible toilets.

CLEANING / DAMAGES
Guests must respect the space and we ask/appreciate that guests tidy up after themselves. Guest must remove any equipment or rentals you bring in, and you should factor this setup and teardown time in your booking hours.
Please, DO NOT throw anything in the toilet basins other than toilet paper because the drains will get clogged. NO feminine pads, no thick paper tissue or wet napkins.
Please, take great care of our space. No nails, screws, staples or penetrating items should be used on our walls. Any tape or gummed backing materials must be properly removed. Damages (walls, floors, furniture, etc) will be billed to the credit card on file
FURNITURE
Please, don't try to move the piano, the billiard table or the glass dining table. It's heavy and it shouldn't be dragged at all because it may fall.
Sitting, laying or standing on the billiard table, the piano or the big glass dining table is not allowed!
Please, try not to relocate or move the furniture, it damages the flooring and the walls, as well as the furniture itself.
CHEK-OUT PROCESS:
At the end of your stay, please do the self-check-out as follows:
-Collect all trash in the trash bags and leave them in the trash bins by the gate.
-Turn off the lights inside
-Lock the door by pressing and holding three fingers on the keypad; make sure it is locked.
MISCELLANEOUS
There is no smoking allowed inside the space, smoking is allowed outside at the covered porch. No glitter or confetti can be used. There is no open flame or frying allowed on site or any cooking that will create a large amount of smoke as our facility is not ventilated.
