About this space

Main U-Bar - Large Half is a private event space in Mutation Brewing Company centred on an extended U-shaped bar that structures the room's circulation and social flow.

Design: The space presents an industrial, minimalist interior with exposed black metal roof trusses and a polished concrete floor. Narrow clerestory windows and linear ceiling lighting produce even daylight and emphasize the room's long, narrow proportions.

Features: The area contains an extended U-shaped bar run with high stools opposite a continuous banquette and freestanding tables. A built-in PA system and speakers are available and hosts may play their own music or bring a DJ. The space also provides Wi-Fi, air conditioning, step-free access and accessible toilets.

Ideal for: Groups seeking a relaxed, social gathering that mixes standing reception-style mingling with informal seated tables around a central bar.

What guests say: The space is lively and sociable while retaining pockets suitable for conversation. The space has a straightforward industrial fit-out and comfortable seating.
