We are located in the Sandy Springs neighborhood of Atlanta.
S.I.T. loves to showcase emerging & established artists. We also host fantastic events!
Our venue is over 1880 square feet and holds up to 125 guest seated. Our facility is perfect for events and gatherings such as: birthday celebrations, retirement parties, holiday mixers, baby showers, graduation parties, bridal showers, seminars, and much more.
The possibilities are endless!
Prices
*The deposit goes toward your hourly rate.
This suite is $175 an hour.
- Purchase 4 Hours, Get 2 for free (1 hour for set up/ 1 hour for take down)! 6 hrs total = $700 Weekend Rental.
- 3, 4, and 5 hour BOGO Deals Available Monday-Thursday only. Purchase 3 Hours, Get 3 Hours free. 3 hours = 6 hrs for $525
- All Day Rental = $1500. The package is 8 AM-Midnight = 16 hrs total.

Host rules
Your set up and clean up time is included within the time slot you purchased. We suggest setting aside at least an hour for both task. Please keep in mind there is a fee assessed if you go over your allotted time.
You must pay your deposit to save your date. The remaining balance is due three weeks (21 days) before your event of course unless it is a last minute booking.
Outside vendors must be licensed.
If alcohol is being sold or served, a bartender needs to be hired under a catering company.
We do not allow clients to move or unplug our speakers. If you are hiring a DJ they should have their own speakers thus allowing you to place them anywhere in the venue.
Cancellation policy: Standard 30 day with Grace Period
