To ensure a great experience for everyone, all events must be pre-approved and follow our house guidelines. Please be respectful of the property and neighbors at all times—no excessive noise, outdoor amplified music, or activities that could disturb the surrounding area. The space must be left in the same condition as it was found, with all trash properly disposed of and no damage to furnishings or amenities. Smoking is not permitted inside the home, and any decorations must be temporary and not cause damage (no nails, tape on walls, or confetti). Guest count must remain within the agreed-upon limit, and the host may be on-site or available during events if needed.
Cancellation policy: Standard 60 day with Grace Period
