The sound system was set up; we just needed to on the mic. The contact person allowed us to visit the venue twice to recee and plan out how we wanted to do the event. The contact person provided door passcode and additional videos as we needed to assess the place early.

We needed to provide specifics on how to get to the 31st floor because it can be quite confusing for people visiting the building for the first time. There were plenty of nice plates but no cutlery. Styrofoam cups were provided. For the people who would like sustainability as a key part of event planning, you would need to bring your own cups and cutlery if you need any. The videos provided by the contact person were helpful. But it would be more helpful if he explained what each of the videos were for. This was particularly so as we received the videos late night before the event and were focusing on other things.

Booked this place for my company's team building event and everyone loved how cosy the place is!

Perhaps one small downside is the main hall is linked to other meeting rooms so others can walk into the hall during our event.

Room was great for a team meeting - private, spacious, modern, with all equipment provided. Location is good too as it's very accessible - in CBD area and 1 min walk from train station. Communications with the team was smooth and very prompt, services was great. Will definitely book again!
