About this space
This studio is pacious enough for a wide range of projects, from fashion shoots to video productions. We have professional-grade equipment for flawless illumination, and with Live View Tethering, you can preview your shots in real time and make adjustments as you shoot. With our vanity station on site, you can prep, polish, and perfect your look before every shoot. We have also comfy waiting spaces that are just perfect for relaxing between takes.
Prices
Full-Day (8 hrs): £175
A £20 refundable deposit is required to secure your booking.
Final balance must be paid before or on the day of the shoot.

We want every creator, photographer, and guest to enjoy a smooth, professional, and inspiring experience here at The Spot Studio. To help us achieve that, please take a moment to review and follow the guidelines below:
🎯 Arrival & Time Use
Your booking time includes setup and pack-down — please arrive and leave on time.
If you need extra time, please check availability and extend accordingly (charged at standard hourly rate).
The studio is accessed via Unit 10, Chaucer Court, Chaucer Street, NG1 5LP.
🎥 Studio Use
All equipment (lights, modifiers, stands) is included unless otherwise stated.
Backdrops are available for use. Only clean footwear is allowed on paper backdrops.
If a backdrop is stepped on and damaged/marked, you may be charged £10 per meter used or replaced.
Treat all equipment and the space with care. Any damage must be reported immediately and may result in a replacement charge.
🧹 Clean-Up Policy
Please leave the studio as you found it — clean, tidy, and ready for the next booking.
Put any used furniture or props back in their original place.
Dispose of any rubbish in the bins provided.
👥 Guests & Behaviour
You are responsible for your guests and clients.
No smoking, vaping, or alcohol allowed inside the studio.
Keep noise to a respectful level, especially in common areas.
Cancellation policy: Flexible with Grace Period
