Sapwood is The Woodlands' signature event space, a beautifully designed room that manages to feel both polished and warm. Flooded with natural light through full-height sliding glass doors, the space looks out onto open countryside, giving delegates and guests a genuine sense of escape the moment they walk in.

The interior blends exposed dark timber beams with a clean, contemporary finish, boutique in feel, but fully equipped for serious events. Theatre-style seating accommodates up to 150, with flexible layout options available for smaller conferences, training days, workshops, away days, and private celebrations.

Sapwood comes equipped with projection screens, flipchart stands, pendant lighting, and high-speed Wi-Fi as standard, with full AV support available. The sliding doors open directly to the outdoor grounds, making it ideal for events that spill naturally between inside and out.
