About this space

This meeting room accommodates up to 8 people and is available to book from 9 am to 5 pm at a rate of £80 per hour plus VAT. It comes equipped with an HD screen, HDMI connection and adapters, and a Yealink videoconferencing camera designed for wide-angle video calls. The room also includes plug-and-play AV, a whiteboard with pens, and fast WiFi. Guests can help themselves to tea and coffee. There is an option to add serviced tea, coffee, and biscuits for £5 per person, as well as catering - both available after the booking is confirmed. On-site support is provided by the Dream Team.

The space features two large sash windows that let in natural light. One wall is painted a light mint green and displays a black-and-white framed artwork. The other walls are white. The room has a wooden table with a slightly rustic finish, surrounded by eight cushioned chairs with wooden frames. A large flat-screen TV is placed on a modern stand with shelving.

The cancellation policy allows for a full refund if cancelled more than seven days in advance, a 50% refund if cancelled between two and seven days, and no refund if cancelled less than two days before the booking.

Cancellation: Full charges will apply if cancellations are made with less than seven days' notice.

Cleaning: Kindly ensure that you tidy up after your booking, including any communal areas utilised. Failure to do so may result in a £25 cleaning fee.
