Our first Soho building is now open.

We particularly enjoyed our design research for this building. Scouring the iconic spaces of Soho (bars, restaurants, cafes) for inspiration with architects Universal Design, we found one main consistent theme - pop art.

We've created a series of abstract graphic spaces, incorporating blocks of colour and delicious materials like indigo denim upholstery and curtains, recycled plastic and linoleum surfaces and perforated aluminium.

We’ve dotted pockets of spaces for meetings, or simply escapism, throughout the building and the ground floor has an interactive wall for flexible exhibitions to showcase your work.

At this iconic address in Soho we offer private offices on flexible terms, co-working, lounge membership, meeting rooms and virtual addresses.
